Confidentiality

We adhere and comply with confidentiality of reports and the data outsourced that are covered in detail by our non-disclosure service agreements.

All employees and management personnel (regardless of position & responsibility) have to sign confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) at the time of joining and abide by it.

We ensure the confidentiality or reports is maintained throughout the transaction process at each and every level. All measures related to data security and physical security are enforced at all times.

Our patient record delivery system is HIPPA compliant. Even though we collect identifying information, it is for administrative purpose only and we ensure that such data will not be used in any other way, including marketing purposes.
